Where should we start if we have many manual workflows?

Start with the workflow that costs the most owner time or causes the most missed revenue — usually payment follow-ups, bookings, or order tracking. We map your current process during the workflow audit, then build the highest-impact one first. Once that's stable, the next workflow takes less effort because the foundation is in place.

How long does an automation project take?

A single workflow (Starter Setup) takes 1 to 2 weeks. Multiple connected workflows (Business Automation) take 2 to 4 weeks. A custom internal system takes 3 to 6+ weeks depending on roles, approvals, and data complexity. Timelines are confirmed in writing before the build starts.

Do you build chatbots or AI agents?

We don't build public-facing chatbots. We do build AI agents that work internally for your team — classifying leads, drafting emails, extracting data from documents, summarising reports — and private AI assistants for staff use only. The focus is automating real operations work, not customer-facing chat.

Will my company data be safe with AI agents?

Internal AI agents are configured to only access the data and systems you approve. We use private workspaces, restricted API access, and (for sensitive setups) self-hosted models so your data never leaves your environment. Privacy boundaries are agreed during the workflow audit.

Will I need to pay for software subscriptions?

Sometimes. Tool-based automations may use platforms like Make, Zapier, Airtable, GoHighLevel, or n8n with monthly fees. Custom systems usually have lower ongoing software cost. We list every recurring cost in writing before any build is approved.

Do I own the automation after it's built?

Yes. You own the accounts, the data, the workflows, and any custom code. We hand over admin access, documentation, and a walkthrough. Optional monthly maintenance is available if you want us to keep monitoring it, but you're not locked in.

Are the package inclusions everything I get, or can the scope be bigger?

The inclusions list is the standard starting scope, not a hard limit. Builds often expand based on what the workflow audit uncovers — more integrations, additional user roles, extra reports, or supporting workflows tied to the same operation. The final scope and quote are confirmed in writing after the audit, so what you pay always matches what you actually get.

Do you work with clients around the Philippines?

Yes. We work remotely with SMEs across Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Central Luzon, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, and other Philippine locations. Most planning and updates run asynchronously, with calls scheduled in Philippine business hours.
